Too late. We've already filled in an application for First Direct.
I want a bank that gets things right the first time, rather than one that sends bunches of flowers when they finally realise that they screwed up. Let's see if First Direct live up to all the positive things that my flist have said about them. I'd like to thank all of you who took the time to comment when I asked about banks. Your advice and comments were invaluable, and instrumental in our decision.
